Fishing
Fishing along the shores of Davis Camp is world renowned. The world record for striped bass weighs in at 59 pounds, 12 ounces and was caught directly below Davis Dam. Other common species frequently caught in this stretch of the Colorado River include trout and catfish. At the very north end of the park, a fishing pier with lights, water and shelter is available for all, including the mobility impaired. |
